Roth has been, single-handedly, one of the most important and educative things to happen in my tech leadership career so far. He helped me evolve my management style to better reflect the goals of the organization, as well as my own personal beliefs and values. He has an unwavering ability to get to the core of any problem and offer guidance that is practical, insightful and, as with the best of coaches, comes from true integrity.
